Last year, we had the chance to meet top chef Karl-Heinz Drews as he prepped some mouth-watering beef sandwiches in a grill & fire show for anxious onlookers.
Drews is a German Chef written about in the magazine Gault & Millau 2017, which recommends him for his Beef-Tartar. Karl is the Enfant Terrible of the German newcomers, famed for his devil mask and known for his steak trainings. Dry-Age-Beef and Grill-Rock&Fire-Shows are his passion.
