The Czech Design Week of 2022 arrived in Prague with new trends and fashion insights

The Czech Design Week of 2022 made its entrance to Prague, bringing the latest fashion trends, extravagant accessories, and the spirit of the culture of the Czech Republic. 

Visitors can perceive well-known artists as well as independent creators sharing their works for the first time in their lives. In any sense, it is a diverse event that connects people through the medium of art—be it artistic or aesthetic! 

The event takes place at Galerie Mánes, the modern art gallery featuring contemporary design in the fields of fashion and art, from September 2, 2022, to September 4, 2022. 

Czech Design: all you need to know

This is not the first time Czech Design has roared Prague’s lifestyle and boars its streets. In fact, this is the 9th edition of the design festival, uniting locals with the strong spirit of the country and introducing Czech fashion to foreigners.

It is something you could not find in the mass market, the other European states in Western Europe, or the Internet. Unique discoveries happen at Czech Design Week and stay in your heart and memory forever.

The program of the event

Admission

The entrance admission is more than affordable. For instance, the adult entry ticket would cost you roughly 200 Kč, and a family ticket ( two adults + two children) would be only 300 Kč. 

Undoubtedly, there are some exceptions to the rule. Students should pay only 50 Kč, schools, and large groups 100 Kč, and owners of ZTP cards, seniors, and children up to 12 years old can enjoy the Czech Fashion Design for free. 

Tickets can be bought on the official website and at the venue. Make sure you have loads of cash to treat yourself or buy something for your loved ones. The event is also an excellent opportunity for people to purchase presents and surprises. 

Getting to the Czech Design Week

Galerie Mánes is located in the heart of Prague, and getting here is super easy. 

If you love trams and gathering to the city of the window, hop on the tram (5,17) to Jiráskovo náměstí. From there, you can enjoy the embankment view as well as the energetic flow of the Vltava. 

If you prefer to be fast as Flash, jump on the metro line (B/yellow) to Karlovo náměstí. From there, exit the Dancing House direction and perceive Prague’s stunning architecture.
